Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy describes how we process orders, provide tracking, and handle delivery issues.
1) Where we ship
We ship to U.S. addresses. Some products may be restricted due to carrier rules, size/weight limits, or special handling requirements.
2) Processing time
Most in-stock orders are prepared within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). If an item needs additional handling time or becomes unavailable, we’ll notify you.
3) Transit estimates (after dispatch)
- Standard: typically 3–7 business days

Expedited: typically 2–5 business days (if offered at checkout)
Delivery windows are estimates and can be affected by weather, peak seasons, or carrier delays.
4) Tracking & split shipments
Tracking is emailed once a label is created. Carrier scans may take up to 48 hours to show movement. Multi-item orders may ship in multiple packages with separate tracking numbers.
5) Address accuracy
Please verify your address and contact number at checkout. Returned shipments due to address issues may require reshipping fees.
6) Missing, damaged, or delayed packages
Email help@noxpower.us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order number and photos (if applicable).
